Our Head Chef Karo Sintonen and his team always use high quality seasonal produce for the food. If possible, the produce is sourced locally form small farms.
Our kitchen is mainly inspired by Scandinavian cuisine, we also borrow good ideas from other countries all over the world. Every dish is hand prepared in our kitchen.
We are also very proud of our very own summertime herb garden located in the atrium.
